Badgers Claw Account & Security Disclaimer
This notice applies to access to Badgers Claw SaaS, Claw-Pit services, protected modules, administrative tools, account features, and services reached through this account. Confirming this notice means you acknowledge the account, security, logging, and access conditions described below.
Account responsibility
Account credentials, passwords, recovery information, and two-factor authentication codes are intended for the authorized account holder. You are responsible for protecting those credentials and for activity performed through your authenticated account. If you believe an account or credential has been compromised, stop using the affected credential and notify the site administrator so it can be secured.
Authorized access and protected services
Access to administrative areas, licensed modules, encryption tools, VPN features, marketplace content, email management, server-management functions, and other protected services is controlled by the permissions and licenses assigned to the authenticated account. Access to a page or URL does not by itself grant permission to use a protected resource. Attempts to bypass account permissions, licensing controls, security controls, or access restrictions are prohibited.
Security logging and automated checks
To protect users, accounts, servers, and services, Badgers Claw may automatically collect and record technical security information associated with access to the site and authenticated services. Logged information may include:
- IP address and forwarded-address information;
- browser type, browser version, device, and operating-system information;
- date and time of access;
- referring URL and requested pages or resources;
- authentication, account, redirect, validation, and security-check results; and
- activity patterns that may indicate fraud, abuse, bots, scraping, attacks, or unauthorized access.
Automated and AI-assisted security systems may compare this information with server logs, known-risk indicators, traffic patterns, account activity, and other security signals to help identify suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Security redirects and validation requests
As part of fraud prevention and security validation, the site may use automated redirect or validation requests involving official government or public-security reference sites. These checks are used as security signals and do not mean that Badgers Claw or Claw-Pit is operated by, endorsed by, or officially affiliated with a government agency.
Security-data retention
Security logs may be retained for up to 180 days for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, incident response, investigation, and system protection. After that period, logs are deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is reasonably necessary for an active security investigation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection of the service and its users.
Email accounts
Creation of an @leachwire.com mailbox is an optional account feature unless a
specific service explicitly requires one. A Badgers Claw account may be used without creating
a domain mailbox. Mailbox credentials are separate from the Badgers Claw account password.
Service availability
Administrative, hosting, VPN, email, module, marketplace, encryption, and other services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security actions, network conditions, or third-party dependencies. Security or administrative action may restrict access when necessary to protect users, systems, or data.
